Ginger, coriander & chilli fish cakes with sesame & lime sauce

Fast food that's easy to prepare and HEALTHY. Protein from fish, anti-inflammatory effects from fresh turmeric, ginger and garlic. Not to mention the health benefits of coconut oil. Which are many. Oh, and a new look econest.

Fish fillets
2 large firm white fish fillets (from a sustainable breed like mahi mahi or bream), roughly chopped
fresh coriander, roughly chopped
fresh mint, roughly chopped
fresh turmeric, grated
fresh ginger, grated
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut butter
pinch salt

Sesame & lime dipping sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
1 tblspn sesame oil
1 tblspn lime juice
1 tspn fish sauce
1 tspn tamari sauce (or soy sauce)
1 medium red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

To make fish cakes, place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Form into patties and fry over medium heat (I fried with coconut butter).

To make the sauce, simply combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. And dip.

Makes approx. 10.
